President & Chief Operating Officer, LPS Field Services (LPSFS) and LPS Asset Management Solutions (LPSAMS)
Chad Neel is President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of LPS Asset Management Solutions (LPSAMS), LPS Auction Solutions (LPS Auctions), and LPS Field Services (LPSFS). He is responsible for driving each division’s strategy to provide the highest value of services to meet the specific goals and objectives of their clients.
After joining LPSAMS in 2003, Chad was named COO the following January and COO of LPSFS in 2006. In October 2009, he became COO of the newly formed LPS Auction Solutions.
In addition to building a deep and talented management team of the best people available, Chad and his team have initiated a number of management innovations, including several that have become industry standards. With an emphasis on best-in-class supply chain management, Chad has brought in supply chain experts to locate and develop the most sophisticated service provider network of field service, preservation and real estate professionals. Through the development of supplier advisory boards with rotating membership, the company has been a leader in developing best practice procedures required to effectively manage the company's diverse network of service providers. He has also instituted an a-la-carte product menu for REO management, an Industry Relations group that has become a leader in working with and engaging municipalities in the best interest of LPS’ clients, and a short sale solution that reduces loss severity for clients. Chad drove the acquisition and integration of a real estate auction provider which has allowed LPS to offer the most complete asset management and disposition solution available in the industry.
Before joining LPSAMS, Chad was president and CEO of IMX, Inc., a leading provider of software solutions for the mortgage industry. Previously, he held senior management positions at The Money Store, First Nationwide Mortgage Corporation and FGB Realty Advisors, Inc. In these positions, he managed various areas within the default-servicing arena, including REO, Field Services, Loss Mitigation, and Foreclosure/Bankruptcy management. Earlier, he worked for Coopers and Lybrand.
A frequent guest speaker and contributor to industry publications, Chad is on the DSNews editorial board and a member of several trade associations: USFN® - America's Mortgage Banking Attorneys; the Mortgage Broker Association (MBA); REOMAC, a non-profit trade association for the mortgage default industry; and the National Association of Mortgage Field Services, Inc. (NAMFS). He holds a BS degree in Finance from Oklahoma State University, and works out of the company’s main office in Westminster, Colorado.

Managing Director, LPS Asset Management Solutions
Randall Brown is Managing Director of LPS Asset Management Solutions (LPSAMS), which provides services for the disposition of real estate owned (REO) properties. He oversees the division’s overall operational, including the marketing, closing, title and reporting departments. He is also responsible for monitoring key performance indicators, market conditions and adherence to government regulations.
Randall joined LPSAMS in December 2003 as Vice President of Reporting and Quality Control, and was promoted to CFO in August 2004. He took over operational responsibilities for LPSAMS in April 2007.
During his years at LPSAMS the division has successfully managed the disposition of well over 75,000 REO assets. To keep the focus on customer satisfaction, Randall implemented the position of Portfolio Manager to provide each client with a primary conduit to the company leadership throughout the process of eviction, marketing and closing. Project Managers provide continuous feedback to management, allowing LPSAMS to respond instantly to changing needs in client relations.
Prior to joining LPSAMS, Randall was the CFO at IMX, Inc., a leading provider of software solutions for the mortgage industry. He also previously held a position of Vice President at HomEq Servicing Corp where he spent two years managing the REO Department and three years overseeing the Reporting Department.
Randall, a Certified Public Accountant with a BBA in Accounting from the University of Oklahoma, works out of LPSAMS’ main office in Westminster, Colorado.

Senior Vice President, Relationship Management
Milt Shaw, Senior Vice President, Relationship Management for LPS Asset Management Solutions (LPSAMS), is responsible for initiating and growing the division’s client and supplier relationships. One of his key initiatives is managing the nationwide network of 2,600 real estate agents who help position LPSAMS to respond to shifts in asset volume.
Milt joined the company as Director of Operations in January 2006, bringing an extensive background in leadership, relationship and operations management. In 2007, as the company expanded, he moved into his current focus and title.
Before joining LPSAMS, Milt gained 25 years of experience in a number of senior management positions, running operations, client relations and sales in both the REO and relocation industries. He began his career with Ticor Relocation, remaining with the company under the ownership of both Merrill Lynch and Prudential. In 2000, he became Executive Vice President at Newport Relocation in Irvine, California, and prior to working with LPS, he was CEO of First American’s REO division.
Milt attended DePauw University in Greencastle, Indiana, where he majored in Economics and minored in Psychology. He holds the Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designations from the National Association of REALTORS®.
His community service work includes building homes with Habitat for Humanity and Paint Houston. |

First Vice President, Industry Relations & Risk Management
As First Vice President, Industry Relations, for LPS Asset Management Solutions (LPSAMS) and LPS Field Services (LPSFS), Rob Hicks guides the department’s Industry Leadership efforts in Community and Government Relations. Rob oversees a team that reviews pending and existing legislation to identify regulations that might impact the default servicing industry. To proactively address these issues, his group brings together government, non-profit and industry representatives in both informal meetings and national forums such as the popular Code Enforcement Summits.
Rob, a regular moderator and panelist at industry conferences, and frequent contributor to industry publications, joined LPS in 2004 as General Counsel for the Field Services group. He previously worked as an associate in the labor and employment department of a Cleveland law firm, and was “of counsel” for a Cleveland law firm specializing in business, real estate and collections law.
After earning a bachelor’s degree from Ohio State University, Rob taught high school Economics, law, history and geography while earning his law degree (J.D.) from Cleveland Marshall College of Law. Rob is an active participant in industry organizations such as the Mortgage Brokers Association (MBA), USFN® (America's Mortgage Banking Attorneys) and the American Legal & Financial Network (AFN), and is active in community organizations such as the Jewish Federation of Cleveland. He continues to mentor law and high school students through the Cleveland Marshall College of Law.
He works out of the Solon, Ohio office.

Vice President, Project Management
Valerie Bauer is Vice President of Project Management for LPS Asset Management Solutions (LPSAMS). Her responsibilities include overseeing all accounting system implementation and providing support for the division’s technology initiatives. She contributes to the ongoing evaluation of company efficiencies, seeking ways to streamline operations to gain economies of scale and improving the overall experience for customers, clients and suppliers.
Valerie has managed the accounting department for LPSAMS since August 2004, first as Accounting Manager and then Vice President. She was promoted to VP Project Management in November 2009.
Prior to joining LPSAMS, she was the Vice President of Operations at Outercurve for seven years, managing accounting, billing and customer support teams. Before that, as a member of the corporate accounting team at AIMCO (the nation’s largest Real Estate Investment Trust Company), she handled the company’s stock transaction. She has several years of experience in property management in multi-family housing.

Vice President, Evictions/Post Foreclosure
Pamela Crocker is LPS Asset Management Solutions’ (LPSAMS) Vice President for Evictions/Post Foreclosure, Title Curative and Closing Supplier Relations and Support, a position she has held since 2005.
She joined Fidelity National Financial in 2000 as Closing Manager, and the following year became Assistant Vice President responsible for Closing and Title Curative, winning a 2001 Fidelity Circle of Excellence Award.
She has more than 30 years of experience in the mortgage servicing and default industries, with 17 of those years at KeyCorp division of KeyBank. Her management positions and responsibilities at KeyCorp included origination, underwriting, loan sales and servicing.
She is a member of both MBA and USFN trade associations. |

Senior Vice President, Director of IT
Scott Preble is Director of Information Technology for three LPS organizations – LPS Asset Management Solutions (LPSAMS), LPS Auction Solutions (LPS Auctions) and LPS Field Services (LPSFS). He is responsible for technology direction and providing the best technical solutions for the company’s clients, employees, business partners and vendors.
Prior to joining LPS in September 2009, Scott gained experience as a strategic advisor and technology innovator across a wide range of industries including aerospace, financial services, manufacturing, transportation and retail. A strong, diverse background in technology and strategy facilitated his success at companies such as McDonnell Douglas, A.G. Edwards, MGM Mirage (where he served as Chief Technical Officer), and PepsiCo’s Frito Lay (where he also was CTO). At Citigroup, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Architect of its Lending Divisions, and spearheaded telecom, call center and application development projects that are now used throughout the banking industry.
Scott earned a master's degree in Management and Computer Resource Management from Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri, and a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Alaska, Fairbanks.
Outside LPS, Scott is a volunteer at the Nevada State Veterans Home. His primary office is in Westminster, Colorado.

Vice President, Marketing & Closing
Scott Keeter is Vice President, Marketing & Closing, for LPS Asset Management Solutions, Inc. (LPSAMS). His responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Marketing and Closing departments, client relationships and the development of strategic initiatives. He also is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the LPSAMS Alternative Disposition Group which handles auctions, bulk sales and quit claim deeds for a variety of clients.
Scott and his team are responsible for the entire REO process from property acquisition to closing, as well as ensuring that each client has the preferred auction provider and alternative disposition strategy that best fits their portfolio. Scott’s diverse background in the industry prepared him for the challenge of overseeing the increasingly customized client needs that are making LPS an industry leader.
Scott is a 17-year veteran of the mortgage banking industry. The majority of that time has been spent in the mortgage-servicing arena. Before joining the LPS management staff in April 2007, he spent six years in a variety of management positions at Countrywide Home Loans, most recently as Assistant Vice President in the Real Estate Management Group. Other responsibilities while at Countrywide included REO regional property management, managing a conventional claims group on the foreclosure side and managing a liaison group for title products.
Prior to his tenure at Countrywide Home Loans, he was an Assistant Vice President at Community Bank and Trust Company in Oklahoma. Responsibilities there included commercial and consumer lending as well as the administration of the bank’s FHA Title-1 Lending Program.
Scott enjoys a wide range of community service. He is a former board member of Western Neighbors, which is a non-profit organization in Oklahoma that provides clothing, meals and support to lower income families. Scott was twice a House Captain for Countrywide’s Rebuilding Together Program in Texas, which provides home improvement repairs for lower income families. He served 10 years in the Oklahoma Army National Guard and was honorably discharged with a rank of 1st Lieutenant.

Vice President, Support Services
Alexandra Medina is Vice President, Support Services, for LPS Asset Management Solutions (LPSAMS). Her responsibilities include managing the division’s reporting and quality control operations, as well as overseeing the Research Unit and serving as liaison to the legal department. She also has managed its training operation.
Alex worked with JP Morgan Chase for seven years before joining LPS in March 2004. A highly successful manager of people and processes, she has been in the mortgage industry since 1997, on the servicing side as a portfolio manager and foreclosure analyst, and as a quality control analyst and a supervisor in post-foreclosure division and REO. Her extensive experience in all areas of the mortgage industry includes servicing risk management.
She has earned a bachelor’s degree in Business from Franklin University, specializing in employee assistance programs that focus on the human aspect of labor management in the corporate environment. She obtained a second bachelor’s degree in Web Design from DeVry University.
Before entering the business world, Alex spent several years working with children, first as a YWCA program assistant and then as a program director of seven sites in the greater Columbus area.

First Vice President, Marketing
Paul Mousseau is First Vice President of Marketing for LPS Asset Management Solutions (LPSAMS). He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Marketing and Closing departments, which include the property evaluations, sales contract negotiations, closing executions and other functions required to sell REO properties. His team works with the Senior Asset Managers of LPSAMS’ clients to ensure that all sales are performed efficiently and to the satisfaction of both buyer and seller.
Paul has more than 30 years of mortgage banking industry experience, including working in originations, underwriting, loss mitigation and REO. He joined LPSAMS as VP of Marketing in June 2008 and became First Vice President in January 2010. In the 12 years prior to joining LPS he was Director of REO at HSBC. While there, he helped implement several innovations in asset disposition, including paperless offer-management and national provider property preservation, and won the company’s President’s Distinguished Achievement Award eight times.
Paul has a BA in Economics from SUNY Plattsburgh, and an MBA from National University.
Vice President, Finance
Diana Clark is Vice President of Finance for LPS Field Services (LPSFS). She oversees all the functions of the accounting department including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger. She is also responsible for all financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting.
In 2010, Diana added the role of Group Controller for all three divisions, centralizing accounting functions for LPSFS, LPS Asset Management Solutions (LPSAMS), and LPS Auction Solutions (LPS Auctions).
She joined LPSFS in June 1998 after a decade in the home accounting offices of Convenient Food Mart, Inc., performing both store and corporate accounting functions. Overall, Diana has more than 25 years managing the accounting departments of various companies.
Diana earned her BBA in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin, and became a Certified Public Accountant after graduation.
