The mission of the Agent Advisory Council is to provide a forum to express ideas, share best practices and to communicate priorities and initiatives between LPS and its valued agent network.
|

In 2007, LPS Asset Management Solutions, Inc. created the Agent Advisory Council. The Council is comprised of leading REO brokers and agents who have demonstrated a deep understanding of the unique nature of the industry, have proven themselves to be effective partners in the management and disposition of LPS asset properties, and have committed to participate and meet the requirements of the council.
In its 4th year of existence the council has assisted in:
- Crafting the network support functions of the Agent Network Consultant
- Designing new forms and processes that will be critical to the efficacy of LPS’ new Operating System (Launch date later this year)
- Implementing LPS “Right Size” strategy of maintaining and managing the optimal quantity and quality agent network
- Sharing agent best practices around critical processes, such as – Cash-for-Keys, Effective BPO and MMR reports, etc.
- Providing market data for Area Studies
