Mission Statement

The mission of the Agent Advisory Council is to provide a forum to express ideas, share best practices and to communicate priorities and initiatives between LPS and its valued agent network.
About the Council

In 2007, LPS Asset Management Solutions, Inc. created the Agent Advisory Council. The Council is comprised of leading REO brokers and agents who have demonstrated a deep understanding of the unique nature of the industry, have proven themselves to be effective partners in the management and disposition of LPS asset properties, and have committed to participate and meet the requirements of the council.

In its 4th year of existence the council has assisted in:

  • Crafting the network support functions of the Agent Network Consultant
  • Designing new forms and processes that will be critical to the efficacy of LPS’ new Operating System (Launch date later this year)
  • Implementing LPS “Right Size” strategy of maintaining and managing the optimal quantity and quality agent network
  • Sharing agent best practices around critical processes, such as – Cash-for-Keys, Effective BPO and MMR reports, etc.
  • Providing market data for Area Studies

Caryn Beard started her real estate career in 1981 and  in 1991 she began exclusively listing and selling REO properties.  She consistently has been able to give a level of service that is unparalleled in the Real Estate industry. Properties listed and managed by Caryn are maintained according to state, local and federal guidelines insuring minimum expense to the client while creating an environment that will maximize the sale price. Caryn was recognized by RE/MAX as one of the top 16 real estate agents in the Texas Region for the last 20 years and is a member of RE/MAX Hall of Fame. Proudly she accepted awards as #2 Producer in the Houston Business Journal in 2008 & 2009 for the Top Closed Units in Houston, TX. For the last 15 years, the Houston Association of Realtors has certified Caryn as one of their top performers. Horace Beard,  a licensed Broker and Caryn’s brother, teams with  her and her staff  to play an instrumental role in Caryn’s success.
 
Shen -Yi is the Broker/Owner of DA FA Realty & Investments, LLC. With over 15 years combined real estate and mortgage experience, in addition to 2 degrees in Accounting and Mass Communications, she brings a wealth of knowledge to all aspects of real estate.  She is a National Board Member of AREAA, and an Executive Board Member of AREAA National, serving as Treasurer.  She is the Founding President of the AREAA-Arizona Chapter and a Governing Board Member of the Southeast Valley Regional Women Council of REALTORS® in AZ. Her REO team is detail oriented, efficient, and has successfully closed millions in REO assets over the last couple years.  She also leads an experienced Short Sale Team, having successfully closed dozens of short sales from various servicers. Shen-Yi has incorporated her financial background into streamlining the home owner/seller financial packages to expedite the short sale process. REO Certifications and Specialty Training: CDPE, Freddie Mac Accredited A REO Agent & Fannie Mae Direct Broker Trainings 
 
In 1999, Veronica graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Risk Management and Insurance. She began her career as the Finance Manager of Asset Based Financing at Citigroup/Latin America. She obtained her Master’s of Business Administration in 2003. Two years later she became a principal in a South Florida Title Company which closed over 5,000 property transactions. Veronica is now an Associate Realtor with 5 Diamond Management and Real Estate, LLC, in which she manages their Broward County office. She has closed over 450 REO transactions. Her vast knowledge of title law and local county ordinances has attributed to her success in dealing with the many issues that arise in Real Estate Transactions.

Joseph has grown up in real estate his entire life and is the proud father of Madison, his 16 year old daughter.  Joseph has been practicing Real Estate since 1993 and specializing in REO since 1995. He is the Broker-Owner of Prudential Results Realty with branch offices located in Kissimmee, Orlando, Winter Haven, Winter Park and a new branch opening in St. Cloud and offers 64 agents and over 25 staff members. In 2010 his brokerage closed on over 2,000 properties. Alongside Joseph, his business partners, co-owners and Realtors Jeff Perry and Tim St. Gordon help run and operate one of the highest volume REO Brokerages not only statewide but also throughout the country. Each is heavily involved in every file and the day to day operations.    Credentials: Member of Force, NRBA-National REO Brokers Association - Member of REO Network - Member of REOMAC, NAHREP, NAREB & REOBroker.com, Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) and Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). Mike is the Principal Broker/Owner of Park City Realty Group in Utah. He is also a licensed broker in the state of Florida. Originally from Massachusetts; Mike moved to Utah in ‘93 and has been very active in the real estate market since then, first working as an appraiser, then full time into sales agent / broker. He stays active in his local board of REALTORS & helps educate colleagues with all of the nuances of the new REO world in Park City. Mike specializes in resort & 2nd home assets, many of which are classified as high value assets. He has obtained his CDPE, ABR, SFR, FIVE Star Certification, Five Star FORCE designations. Mike enjoys travelling to his beach home in FL & spending quality time with his wife Robin and two young sons, Theo & Nickolas.

Chris is the Broker-Owner of Acceptance Group. He has 30 years experience as a real estate broker in ME, NH and MA. He has been actively involved in REO real estate for most of that time. Chris has owned and operated several major franchise entities as owner, broker and manager, including Century 21, ERA, Coldwell Banker and World Properties. He is also a former President-Elect of the Maine Association of REALTORS and currently serves on the Greater Boston Board of REALTORS Marketing Committee. He has been a past licensed real estate Broker and Agent certification course instructor, and has the following REALTOR designations: GRI, CRS, CRB. He has also been a principal in numerous real estate investment partnerships and consulting endeavors over the years. Chris attended the University of Maine, and is married to his wife Wendy, and they have four children, Kristen, Adam, Andrew, Abigail.
 
Sean founded Rasmus Real Estate Group, Inc sixteen years ago. RREG has strictly sold bank and corporate owned properties since its inception. As a former agent of RE/MAX, he created this company with the goal of presenting unparalleled customer service to the clients it serves. RREG is the largest REO agency in the state of Georgia, composed of 30 full-time specialists, each of whom is heavily experienced in the acquisition and disposition of REO. RREG is able to service all types of REO properties including residential homes, commercial buildings, and undeveloped land. In addition, Rasmus hires a team of Buyer’s agents who help interested buyers find the homes most compatible to their needs. RREG understands the need for cutting edge real estate technology and employs an in-house IT staff to provide proprietary software development to its employees. Team Rasmus has won #1 Sales Team for RE/MAX International for the “Number of Transactions in the Entire World”. Samantha moved to Dallas Texas from England in 1990.  She has been licensed in Real Estate since 1992 and actively marketing REO properties since 1994.  Samantha has worked with many of the major financial institutions over this time and has a good understanding of client procedures and expectations as well as the real estate market. Samantha has a small office but handles a lot of volume and prides herself with a hands on approach to every part of the day to day operations.  Samantha over the years has developed many methods of handling the ever changing REO market and is always willing to share her knowledge with other area Brokers. Samantha has successfully listed and closed on average of 175 REO properties per year, and has been a top ranking agent in a company of over 1800 agents consistently since 1996.

Kendra has worked on some of the most upscale and luxurious homes in The Palm Beaches including the record-breaking $81 million sale of Donald Tump's oceanfront estate Maison de L'Amietie. As a savvy, young and talented REO professional, Kendra's experience has landed her on top news shows and in the most reliable print sources including Forbes Magazine, Entrepreneur Magazine, USA Today, The Washington Post, The Wall Street Journal, Los Angeles Times, People Magazine and Woman's World. She graduated cum laude with a B.A. in Linguistics from the University of Florida in 2000, and is a die-hard Gators football fan.
 
Stephanie has over 23 years of real estate experience focused primarily in the San Fernando Valley and Santa Clarita Valley. She has consistently been in the top 1% of Coldwell Banker Nationwide. In both 2009 & 2010 she earned the spot of the # 3 and #4 agent out of approx. 50,000 agents for CB in the entire United States. She is an expert negotiator and a well respected industry leader.  With over 19 years of REO experience she is an expert on foreclosures and a member of NRBA, ODI and REO Connection. Stephanie has been featured on the local News, in various Real Estate Magazines, interviewed by the L.A. Times, New York Times and various other periodicals as well as speaking engagements on numerous panels around the country REO & Retail Real Estate. For the past decade she has consistently sold more than $100 million every year and well over a billion dollars worth of real estate in her career and thousands of single family homes. She considers her work to be her fun but also enjoys tap and ballroom dancing and spending time with her family.
