Mission Statement

The mission of the Agent Advisory Council is to provide a forum to express ideas, share best practices and to communicate priorities and initiatives between LPS and its valued agent network.

About the Council

In 2007, LPS Asset Management Solutions, Inc. created the Agent Advisory Council. The Council is comprised of leading REO brokers and agents who have demonstrated a deep understanding of the unique nature of the industry, have proven themselves to be effective partners in the management and disposition of LPS asset properties, and have committed to participate and meet the requirements of the council.

In its 4th year of existence the council has assisted in:

Crafting the network support functions of the Agent Network Consultant
Designing new forms and processes that will be critical to the efficacy of LPS’ new Operating System (Launch date later this year)
Implementing LPS “Right Size” strategy of maintaining and managing the optimal quantity and quality agent network
Sharing agent best practices around critical processes, such as – Cash-for-Keys, Effective BPO and MMR reports, etc.
Providing market data for Area Studies

Caryn Beard

Caryn Beard started her real estate career in 1981 and in 1991 she began exclusively listing and selling REO properties. For the last 15 years, the Houston Association of Realtors has certified Caryn as one of their top performers. Horace Beard, a licensed Broker and Caryn’s brother, teams with her and her staff to play an instrumental role in Caryn’s success.

Eddie Blanco

As the Broker and Owner of 5 Diamond Management and Real Estate, LLC, Eddie actively lists and sells REO properties in addition to managing his offices in South East Florida. In 2009 Eddie and his team successful closed 300 REO real estate transactions in the South Florida market.

Frank DeNovi

Jason Ekus

Drawing on his extensive background Jason has developed the “Easy Show Promise” a program which awards Realtors for finding preservation or maintenance issues with any of his assets. Jason is a member of the NRBA, NAHREP and AREAA, in addition to recently starting two other networking groups NVBrokerNetwork.com which focuses on best practices and codes of conducts throughout the real estate industry and JAFRE; Jewish Alliance of Finance and Real Estate a non-profit organization which promotes networking and local & national community service.

Cynthia Kenner

Keller Williams Realty Phoenix, AZ

Cynthia Kenner started in real estate in 1979 where she was involved in corporate relocation and commercial sales. In 1983 she began focusing solely on the REO field and has made it her specialty ever since. Cynthia has moved with the market – selling in Arizona, California, Texas, Nevada and Colorado. She was ranked the number 1 Keller Williams Agent for units sold in 2008 and ranked number 9 by the Wall Street Journal for most units sold for all companies. When Cynthia’s not selling real estate, she enjoys water & snow skiing, hiking and working out.

John Lynch

Keller Williams - Cleveland Westlake, OH

John Lynch is the Broker of Keller Williams Realty Greater Cleveland West in Westlake, Ohio and is a Certified General Appraiser at Lynch & Company. He is a former Cleveland City Councilman, President of the Cleveland Area Board of Realtors – 1993, the Ohio Association of Realtors – 1999, and a Director of National Association of Realtors from 1993-2008. He was appointed to the Board of the Ohio Housing Finance Agency (2007-2013). He is a graduate of Xavier University with a BS in Political Science.

Kristine Marshall

Coldwell Banker Associated Canyon Lake, CA

Kristine Marshall began her real estate career in 1998, when she joined Coldwell Banker Associated Brokers Realty. Kristine quickly excelled to become one of the companies top agents, in both listing and buyers side sales, receiving numerous awards and accolades. She also helped facilitate the establishment of and ran the company’s in-house Marketing Department. Kristine also serves as a mentor in the Coldwell Banker training program. In 2006, Kristine began to focus heavily on REO sales and is currently one of the top bank owned listing Realtors in the Inland Empire. Kristine currently lives in Murrieta, California with her husband Jim, where they are raising their three children. She spends some of her spare time volunteering for the National Brain Tumor Society.

Chris Michaud

Acceptance Group Westford, MA

Chris Michaud is the Broker-Owner of Acceptance Group. He has 30 years experience as a real estate broker in ME, NH and MA. He has been actively involved in REO real estate for most of that time. Chris has owned and operated several major franchise entities as owner, broker and manager, including Century 21, ERA, Coldwell Banker and World Properties. He is also a former President-Elect of the Maine Association of REALTORS and currently serves on the Greater Boston Board of REALTORS Marketing Committee. He has been a past licensed real estate Broker and Agent certification course instructor, and has the following REALTOR designations: GRI, CRS, CRB. He has also been a principal in numerous real estate investment partnerships and consulting endeavors over the years. Chris attended the University of Maine, and is married to his wife Wendy, and they have four children, Kristen, Adam, Andrew, Abigail.

Kim Pitaniello

Kim Pitaniello has worked in the REO/Servicing business for 14 years. Worked in Default and REO at WAMU from 1996-2001, REO outsourcing from 2001-2004. Kim moved to Colorado where she has been selling REO’s since 2004. In 2008, Kim was ranked the #5 REMAX Agent in the world selling over 700 properties in 2008 and is currently ranked #3 for 2010.

Samantha Reid

Samantha Reid moved to Dallas Texas from England in 1990. She has been licensed in Real Estate since 1992 and actively marketing REO properties since 1994. Samantha has worked with many of the major financial institutions over this time and has a good understanding of client procedures and expectations as well as the real estate market. Samantha has a small office but handles a lot of volume and prides herself with a hands on approach to every part of the day to day operations. Samantha over the years has developed many methods of handling the ever changing REO market and is always willing to share her knowledge with other area Brokers. Samantha has successfully listed and closed on average of 175 REO properties per year, and has been a top ranking agent in a company of over 1800 agents consistently since 1996.
