LPS Asset Management Solutions, Inc.  has created the position of Agent Network Consultant (ANC) in order to provide better and more comprehensive support to LPS Operations and our broker agents.

• Ensure that all Agent profiles are up-to-date and accurate
• Monitor performance and implement appropriate network changes
• Conduct training sessions
• Coordinate the sharing of best practices
• Act as a resource for our Internal customers
• Orchestrate the completion and sharing of market studies
• Respond to, research, and take action on all broker incident reports
• Conduct periodic asset property inspections and report findings/suggestions to all stakeholders

Susan Speer  (AK, CA, HI) Susan came to LPS with over 10 years of experience in the real estate business with specific background in appraisal and real estate marketing and has had her California real estate license for eight years. Her prior employer was an REO network broker for many years, giving Susan invaluable insight to LPS processes and procedures from the network agent perspective. Currently she is the Agent Network Consultant for the West Coast Territory. Susan majored in Psychology and has a minor in Administration of Justice from San Jose State University. Leah Gutierrez (AZ, CO, MN, ND, NM, OK, SD, TX, UT) Leah began her career at LPS Asset Management Solutions as an Asset Manager. Currently she is the Agent Network Consultant for the Central states region. Leah’s Career background includes, 10 years with Colorado’s largest utility company, Owner operator of successful small remodeling business, licensed realtor, property manager, and mortgage broker. She is currently working on Associate of Arts Degree with an emphasis in Economics. Claudia DiDomenico (CT, DC,DE,MA,MD,ME,NH,NJ,NY,PA,RI,VT) Claudia DiDomenico is the Agent Network Consultant for the Northeast Territory. She joined LPS with eight years of experience where she specialized in Relocation and REO and has held her real estate license since 1995. Claudia currently resides in Massachusetts where her main focus is providing support to LPS’s Agent Network as well as our internal customers. Jeffrey Gauthier (AR, FL, GA, LA) Jeffrey Gauthier is the Agent Network Consultant for the Southeast Territory. He is geographically aligned in Orlando, Florida to accommodate our agent partners in this growing REO market. Jeff began his career at LPS Asset Management Solutions as an Asset Manager. 	Brandon Wright (ID, IA, KS, MT, NE, NV, OR, WA, WY) Brandon Wright is the Agent Network Consultant for the Northwest Territory. He is regionally located in our Westminster, Colorado office where his main focus is on supporting Agents within his expanding REO region. Brandon began his career at LPS AMS in the Pre-Marketing Department. Prior to coming on board with LPS AMS, he held a California Real Estate License and was the Director of Marketing for a leading Real Estate team with a focus on REO's. Matt Nelson (AL, IN, IL, KY, MO, MS, NC, OH, SC, TN, VA, WV) Matt Nelson is the Agent Network Consultant in the Southeast Territory. He is geographically aligned in Akron, Ohio. Matt has over 20 years of experience in business consulting, dedicating the last 10 years to Real Estate. Matt's a licensed Realtor in the State of Ohio working REO and Short Sales. He's also an expereinced Asset Manager and Portfolio Manager disposing over 3,000 assets across the country. As a portfolio manager he was instrumental in meeting and exceeding client objectives.
