FNAMS/FIS spin off to Lender Processing Services (LPS)

(NYSE:FNF), a Fortune 500 provider of products, services and technology solutions to the financial and real estate industries, today announced that its Fidelity National Asset Management Solutions ("FNAMS") division has launched LPS, Lender Processing Services. The new spin off will allow the company to focus on technical services to an industry currently overloaded with needs in asset management.
