This page is intended to help individuals who, for one reason or another, are having problems viewing the website. The optimal software requirements someone would want to have installed are:
lps-am.com requires Netscape Navigator 8 – 9, Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.X – 7, Firefox 1.5 - 2.0, or other compatible browsers that support Javascript, cookies, etc.
In order to determine the version of your browser, go to the Help menu and click About and a screen will appear showing which browser and which version of that browser that you are using.
There are portions of lps-am.com where documents are available for various reasons. These documents are available in two formats: Adobe Acrobat/Reader 6 or in MS Word 97/2000/2003.
The above programs will need to be installed by someone with administrator rights on the local machine attempting to view the site. By clicking on the links provided above several of these programs can be downloaded and installed for free. Some of the site's functionality is unavailable. What causes this?
Browsers: Using older browsers, non-compatible browsers, or disabling necessary browser features, i.e. Javascript, cookies, SSL.
Firewalls/Pop-up Blockers: Differing configurations could result in losing some of the functionality in lps-am.com. Please consult your Network Administrator to determine if this is the case.
